So what exactly is it?
A Swineapple starts with a whole pineapple fruit, peeled and cored. Cooks then stuff the hollowed-out center with ribs or pulled pork. To finish it off, the stuffed fruit is then wrapped in a woven meat blanket of delicious bacon. Before cooking, toothpicks are used liberally to keep things in place, then the whole thing is thrown on the grill.
